Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in sweepstakes events (each, a “Sweepstakes”) operated by Vaolt LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

A Sweepstakes runs for a fixed period announced in game and on our official channels. It is held with one of our partner networks, Abstract, Soneium or Enjin, and an entry is one unit of that partner's event currency. Every player gets one free entry in each partner's Sweepstakes, and can collect more through gameplay, as set out in section 3.

Each Sweepstakes has its own announcement covering its dates, its prizes and how winners are drawn. Where that announcement and these Terms differ on a detail specific to that event, the announcement governs.

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals 18 years or older
• Open to legal residents of all countries excluding jurisdictions on the OFAC restricted sanctions list
• Players must comply with in-game rules and Terms of Use
• Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before any digital asset withdrawals (e.g., $CNC, NFTs, tokens)

3. How to Enter

a. Free Entry

Every player gets one free entry in each partner's Sweepstakes. Mint that partner's badge from the Quests tab at capnco.gg/profile and one unit of its currency is added to your balance, ready to claim:

• the Abstract badge pays 1 Abstract mXP
• the Soneium badge pays 1 Soneium mScore
• the Enjin badge pays 1 Enjin mXP

It is paid once per account for each partner, however many wallets you link or badges you mint. No purchase from us is needed for it, and it is the only entry required to be eligible for any prize.

Minting the Abstract or Soneium badge, and claiming on those networks, is an ordinary on-chain transaction, so the network charges its usual fee and you pay it from your own wallet. Enjin costs you nothing: we pay the fee. Every player can mint every badge. The Abstract and Soneium badges need only a linked wallet, and the Enjin badge opens once you have earned 1 Enjin mXP in play.

b. Additional Entries

Every player accrues a partner's currency as they play: one unit for each Doubloon earned in game, up to the day's energy. Everyone has 30,000 energy a day for free. Energy Orbs and the Pirate Pass raise that daily amount.

When the Sweepstakes closes, each unit you hold counts as one entry.

There is no purchase or payment necessary to participate or win. Energy Orbs and the Pirate Pass change how many entries a player can collect in a day. Neither is a condition of entry or of winning.

4. Prize Pool

Winners may receive any of the following:

• $CNC tokens
• Memecoins or other sponsored digital currencies
• NFTs
• In-game assets
• Cosmetics

The prize pool has no fixed or maximum value and may vary over time.

5. Drawing & Odds

Winners are determined by chance. At the close of a Sweepstakes, every entry held is placed in the draw and winners are selected at random.

Odds depend on the total number of entries held by all participants, so they cannot be stated in advance. The number of winners, the prizes and the draw date are published in that Sweepstakes' own announcement.

6. Duration

Each Sweepstakes runs between the start and end times given in its announcement. Entries stop accruing when it closes.
All times are based on the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

7. Taxes & Responsibilities

• All taxes, duties, fees, and local legal obligations related to receiving any reward are the sole responsibility of the participant.
• We do not cover shipping, conversion fees, or tax reporting for prizes.

8. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify or remove any prize from participants who:

• Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized tools
• Engage in bad faith behavior or coordinated manipulation
• Harm the game ecosystem or community in any way

Our decisions regarding disqualification and prize removal are final and at our sole discretion.

10. Disputes & Jurisdiction

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
Participants agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions found in the Game's Terms of Use.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update, cancel, suspend, or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted in-game or on our official website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
